GTA V ONLINE COULD NOT DOWNLOAD FILES FROM THE ROCKSTAR GAMES SERVICE REQUIRED TO PLAY GTA V ONLINE. Step 1. Connect hotspot from phone to ps4. Step 2. Load gta online. Step 3. When you connect online simply press the ps button go to settings and reconnect to your original wifi/router. Remember you have to repeat everytime you want to go online..
